The Barrow Informatics Department is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Clinical Informatics Analyst to join our dynamic team. This role combines the responsibilities of a Clinical Informaticist and an Application Systems Analyst requiring a unique blend of clinical knowledge technical expertise and analytical skills. The ideal candidate should demonstrate expertise in Oracle Cerner or Epic EMR as well as experience with supporting neurodiagnostic applications including Natus Cadwell Persyst and Nihon Kohden.
The Analyst II handles moderately to highly complex work across multiple functional applications. This includes troubleshooting hardware software and system problems independently for one or more applications serving as a subject matter expert for at least one application and participating in assigned projects as a team member.
Responsibilities Include:
Education
Associates Degree or Other Technical School degree/certificate
4-7 years experience in IT working on Ambulatory clinical or audio/visual applications required
3-5 years working in a healthcare/medical environment preferred
