About the role
Lead the areas of Urgent Care and After Hours Care guiding a high-performing team tocoordinate and support evidence-based community-focused healthcare. Youll lead the full commissioning cycle monitor policy developments and work collaboratively with stakeholders to strengthen care pathways and raise service awareness. This role also involves project management reporting and representing the organisation at all levels while supporting broader Integrated Care priorities.
