Compensation Range : $61000 - $72000 Annual

Job Description

What You Will Do:

  • Lead and mentor the golf course maintenance team in alignment with Atriums Core Values.

  • Ensure a best-in-class guest experience by maintaining impeccable golf course conditions and daily operations.

  • Operate and maintain all golf course equipment overseeing fertilizer and chemical applications with precision.

  • Assist with hiring training scheduling and coaching associates while ensuring adherence to company policies.

  • Recommend operational improvements to enhance efficiency and service levels.

  • Maintain a safe and compliant work environment by following all safety security and maintenance protocols.

  • Support other duties as needed to uphold the overall excellence of the golf program.

What We Are Looking For:

  • 3 years of experience in golf course maintenance or turf management.

  • Prior supervisory or crew leadership experience preferred.

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.

  • Physical capability to lift up to 50 lbs walk and stand for long periods and perform repetitive motions like bending and squatting.

  • Flexible schedule availability to work early mornings weekends holidays and special events.

  • Commitment to safety standards and familiarity with maintenance equipment and applications.
