Job Description

At Tend were on a mission to transform the dental experience and our Talent Acquisition team is at the heart of that mission. As a Sr. Talent Acquisition Partner supporting studio hiring youll lead the full-cycle recruitment process for all studio roles from Care Coordinators and Dental Assistants to Hygienists Dentists and Specialists across multiple states and markets. Youll be the trusted hiring partner for studio leaders driving strategic sourcing delivering an exceptional candidate experience and ensuring Tend attracts and hires top talent to fuel our growth.

Location: Based in one of Tends hub markets Northern VA Washington DC Boston Atlanta Nashville or New York City with up to 15% travel.

What Youll Do

  • Own the full-cycle recruitment process for studio roles from sourcing to signed offer across multiple locations and markets.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs create tailored recruiting strategies and ensure alignment with business goals.
  • Actively source candidates using Indeed Resume Search LinkedIn Recruiter referrals and other creative methods to build diverse pipelines.
  • Build and maintain strong partnerships with dental assisting programs dental hygienist programs and other relevant educational programs.
  • Plan attend and represent Tend at career fairs on-campus events and networking opportunities ensuring strong connections with current students faculty and alumni networks.
  • Develop ongoing relationships with program alumni to maintain a steady flow of qualified talent into Tend studios.
  • Screen interview and assess candidates for both technical skills and cultural alignment with Tends values.
  • Negotiate offers for both clinical providers (Dentists Hygienists Specialists) and non-clinical roles balancing candidate expectations with business requirements.
  • Manage all recruiting activity in Greenhouse ATS ensuring data integrity compliance and timely updates.
  • Provide a consistent best-in-class candidate experience from first touch to offer acceptance.
  • Track and report on key recruiting metrics adjusting strategies to improve efficiency and quality of hire.
  • Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to share best practices troubleshoot hiring challenges and deliver on team-wide hiring goals.

What You Have

  • 5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a multi-unit multi-state healthcare or dental organization.
  • Proven experience hiring a mix of clinical and non-clinical roles including experience with Dentists Doctors Hygienists Nurse Practitioners or similar highly-skilled candidates.
  • High-volume recruiting experience with demonstrated ability to manage multiple requisitions across locations.
  • Proficiency with Greenhouse ATS.
  • Hands-on experience with Indeed Resume Search LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools.
  • Strong negotiation skills with proven success in closing clinical provider offers.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with educational institutions program alumni and professional networks to drive ongoing talent pipelines.
  • Experience planning and attending recruiting events to promote brand awareness and attract top talent.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers candidates and cross-functional partners.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize competing demands in a fast-paced environment.
