Job Description

We are looking for someone who has passion for ministry and seeing adults take next steps in their faith. This position is a part-time 12-month maternity leave coverage based on 28hrs/wk. The position includes 3 weeks of paid vacation per year but does not include benefits or pension matching.

Under the supervision of the Victoria Campus Pastor the Next Steps Coordinator assists in discipleship ministry coordinates and recruits team to serve in the Next Steps Department and provides support to ongoing programs such as Freedom Grow Track baptism services and small groups.
The ideal candidate has excellent communication skills (written and oral) team building experience and a pastoral heart. This role places a high priority on team building and collaborating with the Next Steps Department and staff at all campuses of Coastline Church.
  • The work week is Sunday - Thursday with the possibility 1-2 nights of ministry assignments per week.
  • The candidate must be able to obtain a cleared criminal record check with vulnerable sector search.
  • The candidatemust embrace and adopt the Coastline Employee Handbook and the Statement of Essential Truths and Positions and Practices of the PAOC.
