M te tnga About the role
Are you energised by transformation and thrive on working on complex challenges Taranaki Regional Council is seeking a dynamic leader to drive an organisation-wide process improvement and change initiative.
In this pivotal role youll lead a cross-functional project to map analyse and transform business processes in preparation for a new council wide ERP system. Youll challenge the status quo build governance frameworks and embed continuous improvement practices that endure beyond your tenure.
Were looking for someone whos strategic meticulous collaborative and ready to make a lasting impact. If you enjoy working across teams influencing senior leaders digging into the detail whilst still turning vision into action - this is your opportunity to shape the future of how we work.
This is a new role within Taranaki Regional Council and is fixed term for a period of two years.
