The Opportunity
When you join PwC Acceleration Centers (ACs) you step into a pivotal role focused on actively supporting various Acceleration Center services from Advisory to Assurance Tax and Business our innovative hubs youll engage in challenging projects and provide distinctive services to support client engagements through enhanced quality and innovation. Youll also participate in dynamic and digitally enabled training that is designed to grow your technical and professional skills.
As part of the Data and Analytics Engineering team you will oversee the administration and optimization of the Tableau Server environment promoting it meets enterprise-wide business intelligence needs. As a Senior Associate you will lead complex migrations mentor team members and collaborate with cross-functional teams to align analytics efforts with organizational goals. This role presents a unique opportunity to enhance your leadership skills while driving the scalability and performance of our analytics platform.

What You Must Have
- Bachelors Degree
- 4 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

- Tableau Server Certified Professional or equivalent certification
- Leading complex Tableau Server migrations and deployments
- Implementing CI/CD pipelines and automation tools
- Understanding enterprise data governance and compliance
- Planning disaster recovery and failover testing
- Managing authentication and security in multi-tenant environments
- Utilizing infrastructure automation tools in hybrid setups
- Familiarity with monitoring tools for on-prem Tableau Servers
