Providing excellent and timely national customer support via technical consulting and assistance for customers (sales representatives FSP installers) involving pre-sales asistance PV system-sizing and monitoring
Assisting with support cases via phone and / or email as well as on-site when necessary
Training customers (conducting seminars) in house or on-site
Creating technical and training material
Assisting in national Sales Exhibitions or Trade Fairs
Interface function with Technical Support International
Education skills and knowledge
Diploma in electronics
Professional education
Training / knowledge in renewable energies would be a plus
Professional experience
Professional experience in customer service repair / after sales service
Customer orientated attitude
Have a self-motivated attitude with the ability to solve problems and provide superb technical advice
Excellent communication skills
Strong MS Office skills including MS Dynamics CRM
Technical understanding and eagerness to learn
Willingness to travel
National language as a native language
Spoken and written English incl. technical vocabulary
Basic German an advantage
