- $2 Shift Premium from 3pm-7am through the week
- Weekend Shift Premium is $3.50 starting shift on Friday (night) until the end of the shift Sunday (night)

Hours/Shifts:Full-Time Mon-Fri WeekendAvailability
Key Responsibilities:
Adequatelystaffing the facilitys nursing units by utilizing established procedures andpolicies.
Collaboratingwith the Director of Nursing in proposing schedules for review before posting.
Managingstaff coverage for both scheduled and unscheduled absences.
Coordinatingwith the HR/PR Coordinator to ensure accurate time records are maintained.
Generatinga master schedule aligning staffing with budgeted hours per patient day andthe designated staffing ratio.
Assistingwith clerical duties in the nursing department including filing and makingcopies.
Playinga role in scheduling new employees and promptly communicatingscheduling/staffing changes to management.
Assistingwith fostering a supportive and collaborative environment.
Requirements:
Strong typing and mathematics skills.
Ability to work for prolonged periods sitting ata desk working on a computer or providing care for residents.
Sensitivity in understanding employees needswhile maintaining a sense of balance to ensure staffing requirements are met.
Ability to provide support and positivity tostaff.
Must hold a current certification as a CMT.
