As an Adult Services Team Leader you will:
Empower a team of Support Workers to provide high-quality and safe services to vulnerable persons within our community
Coach and mentor a team of Support Workers offering on-the-job training support and guidance
Inspire a skilled versatile and diverse team utilising your experience in managing performance and delivering support
Support service delivery by ensuring effective and efficient administrative processes and procedures including quality timely and accurate reporting planning and record-keeping
You will have:
Demonstrated ability to lead motivate and performance manage teams in a fast-paced & dynamic environment
Effective conflict resolution negotiation mediation and decision-making skills including de-escalation in high-conflict situations
Track record of building cohesive teams with clear goals and fostering innovation and collaboration
Commitment to a person-centred approach for vulnerable individuals
Celebrate and nurture an inclusive diverse and supportive workplace
Experience supporting complex needs behaviours of concern and mental health is essential; working with people with a disability and/or children or youth in care experience is highly regarded

Compliance requirements
Current NSW Drivers licence
Obtain and maintain a current paid Working with Children Check (WWCC)
Obtain and maintain a valid National Disability Insurance Scheme Workers Check (NDISWC)
Willingness to undertake a pre-employment police check
Current First Aid and CPR Certification
