Are you ready to elevate your career in a dynamic mission-driven environment Peratons National Programs Business Intelligence Systems & Applications Operating Unit is seeking a talented Senior DevOps Engineer to support our impactful SITE III JIOC contract. This is your opportunity to make a difference by supporting critical applications for Collection Management Intelligence Surveillance and Reconnaissance (ISR) and intelligence operations.
About the Role: As a Senior DevOps Engineer you will play a key role in ensuring reliable and resilient solutions for intelligence analysts operations and collection managers. Youll work on requirements engineering solutions engineering scheduling services development integration testing and maintainability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with a Scrum team to develop and enhance enterprise systems.
- Apply best practices in architecture design data science cloud services and DevSecOps.
- Automate testing and integration using Open Source and COTS tools.
- Develop and integrate bug fixes and new features using tools like Java Git and Junit.

- Proficient in scripting and automation with Open Source and COTS tools.
- Skilled in using development tools like Java Git and Junit.

Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
- A Bachelors degree in an area applicable to the position with 12 years of relevant experience OR a Masters degree with 10 years of relevant experience OR a PhD with 7 years of relevant experience; an additional 4 years of experience maybe considered in lieu of a degree requirement.
- Active TS/SCI with polygraph or TS with SCI eligibility and ability to obtain a polygraph
- Current 8570 IAT Level II or higher cert such as CompTIA Security CE for Privileged User Access (PUA)
- Programming Language Experience including but not limited to Java Python (Poetry Flask etc.) and JavaScript (emphasis on React ecosystem libraries)
- AWS technologies: Elasticsearch PostgreSQL EC2 S3 DynamoDB DocumentDB
- Experience using modern techniques such as REST JSON Spring Spring Boot JavaScript frameworks (e.g. JQuery Angular React) and Docker
Desired Qualifications:
- Experience using Git Jenkins Gitlab
