As a Sales Development Representative at Boostly youll be the first point of contact for restaurant owners seeking to revolutionize their customer engagement. Youll identify qualify and nurture prospects while building the foundation for our explosive growth. This is the perfect role for someone eager to learn about SaaS sales and the restaurant industry while developing world-class sales skills in a fast-paced high-growth environment.
Generate restaurant leads through strategic outbound prospecting via phone email and social selling to restaurant owners managers and decision-makers
Master qualification by conducting discovery conversations that identify pain points around customer retention marketing effectiveness and revenue growth
Drive pipeline growth by consistently booking 15 qualified meetings per month for Account Executives while maintaining detailed opportunity tracking
Collaborate for success with Account Executives to ensure smooth handoffs and gather feedback to continuously improve lead quality and conversion rates
0-2 years of experience in sales customer service or business development (new grads welcome!)
Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly over phone and email
Strong work ethic and competitive drive with a desire to exceed targets and grow professionally
Coachable mindset with eagerness to learn sales techniques restaurant industry knowledge and product expertise
Experience in restaurant technology hospitality or food service industry
Background with SMS marketing customer engagement platforms or marketing automation
Previous internship or experience in B2B sales lead generation or customer-facing roles
Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce HubSpot) or sales engagement platforms
Bachelors degree or equivalent experience demonstrating strong work ethic and results orientation
