Job Title: Legal Trainee/Intern

- Overall adherence to safe practices and procedures of oneself and the teams aligned
- Contributing to the development of procedures practices and systems that ensure safe operations and compliance with the companys integrity & quality standards
- Driving a corporate culture that promotes environment health and safety (EHS) mindset and operational discipline at the workplace always.
- Ensuring safety of self teams and lab/plant by adhering to safety protocols and following environment health and safety (EHS) requirements always in the workplace.
- Ensure all assigned mandatory training related to data integrityhealth and safety measures are completed on time by all members of the team including self
- Compliance with Syngenes quality standards always
- Hold self and their teams accountable for the achievement of safety goals
- Govern and Review safety metrics from time to time
Core Purpose of the Role:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented legal intern to join our team. As a legal intern you will provide support to our legal department and gain valuable hands-on experience in wide range of legal matters pertaining to pharmaceutical industry.
Role Accountabilities
- Conduct legal research and analysis on various contractual provisions
- Assist with drafting legal documents including agreements work orders amendments
- Assist with general administrative tasks such as documentation and tracking

Education Qualifications
- The candidate must be currently enrolled in a law degree program and actively pursuing their legal education. Applicants should have consistently maintained a minimum of 60% marks or a 6.0 CGPA throughout their academic career up to the last completed semester with no active backlogs
- Strong research and analytical skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Familiarity with legal research tools and Microsoft Office
