Job Description
1) Man management like work scheduling & getting defined output from operatives
2) Report uploading and documentation online so basic computer knowledge in MS Office is must
3) Heat Treatment being process industry working all 3 shifts and all days of week so have to work in
different shift
4) Ensure safety standard implementation in shop floor and safe behaviour of employees
customer towards Quality adherence in shop
6) Training to the new employee for skill upgradation
7) Material charging in furnace as per schedule and meeting customer delivery demand on time
8) Follow norms and discipline for optimization of
