How You Will Contribute

Contribute to strategic storytelling and executive communication by shaping narratives that clarify direction demonstrate value and align collaborators around shared goals.

What You Will Bring
10-15 years of experience in digital product management ideally within platform-driven mission-oriented or highly matrixed organizations.
Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams in defining and delivering impactful digital products that drive measurable outcomes.
Strong discovery and strategy skills - adept at framing problems crafting hypotheses validating direction and aligning on the why.
Familiarity with MarTech ecosystems and tools such as CMS platforms (Drupal WordPress) Segment GA4 and A/B testing frameworks.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills with a track record of influencing across functions and working consultatively in complex environments.
Experience mentoring product team members and fostering an empowered outcome-focused and growth-oriented team culture.
Fluency in Agile practices including iterative development backlog refinement and supporting dual-track discovery and delivery.
