Business Development Manager

Location Brisbane or Gold Coast

Allied Credit is a leading vehicle finance firm with strategic alliances with global car marine and motorcycle brands. Offering white label joint venture and floorplan finance our proprietary software provides a seamless convenient and customer-focused finance service to consumers and businesses.

Our Finance Broker distribution channel opened late 2024 and has already achieved remarkable growth. Due to internal promotions and the need for more resources to build and maintain relationships with both brokers and aggregators we have a vacancy for a Business Development Manager in Brisbane or Gold Coast.

Responsibilities

  • Assist the Regional Sales Manager and Head of Broker in developing sales strategies to increase market share and sales from broker network.
  • Maintain current knowledge and analysis of competitors in our market and their pricing product and service offerings.
  • Complete regular visitations to relevant introducer accounts in line with the sales strategy.
  • Regular phone email and video contact and liaison with brokers delivering assistance and training on Allied Credits product pricing system and processes.
  • Achieve new business growth and exceed set quarterly sales targets.
  • Actively prospect for new broker opportunities and convert these into regular introducers.
  • Conduct or assist the Regional Sales Manager in completing presentations meetings and webinars.
  • Attend relevant aggregator and industry events (PD days training sessions social events etc).
  • Uphold positive and strong working relationships with all relevant internal staff and departments at Allied Credit.

Your background

  • Proven track record of successful B2B business development of asset finance products in the finance broker sector.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to translate goals into actionable plans.
  • Experience in analysing and identifying new sales opportunities competitor activities and customer preferences to assist in growing sales volumes.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data identify trends and make data-driven decisions.
  • Outstanding ability to initiate and maintain strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong time management with the ability to effectively execute a broker visitation schedule.
  • Ability to run presentations and face to face meetings.
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems sales analytics tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Self-motivated result-oriented and capable of thriving in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
