Job Description
An established FMCG company is seeking a talented and creative Videographer/Photographer to join their in-house marketing team in Johannesburg Gauteng.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a videographer and photographer with a strong showreel and portfolio.
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro After Effects Photoshop and Lightroom.
- Strong understanding of social media formats and trends (Facebook Instagram TikTok).
- Experience with studio and location shoots lighting and sound recording.
- Excellent project and time management skills.
- Willingness to work evenings and weekends for events/shoots when needed.
- Valid drivers license and reliable transport.
- Relevant degree or diploma in Film Photography Media or equivalent experience preferred
Responsibilities:
- Plan and produce engaging video content from concept/storyboard to final edit.
- Collaborate with the marketing team on monthly content calendars.
- Edit videos tailored for multiple platforms (Facebook Instagram TikTok).
- Manage video file organisation and backups.
- Capture high-quality product images and event coverage.
- Retouch and process images according to brand guidelines.
- Edit videos with precision in pacing sound transitions and tone.
- Maintain an organised digital asset library.
- Create visual assets for print digital and internal campaigns.
- Ensure all content aligns with marketing and brand strategies.
