Job Summary

Were looking for a proven leader in Project Management and Construction Management (PMCM) to guide high-impact projects throughout this role youll report to our Deputy Practice Leader for PMCM Americas and bring at least 20 years of expertise to managing contracts driving business development and leading diverse teams to project success. Youll be based in Coral Gables Fort Lauderdale or Miami with opportunities to connect directly with clients visit field offices and see your work come to life on-site.

Responsibilities & Qualifications

What Youll Do

  • Lead PMCM projects for clients such as FDOT Miami-Dade County Palm Beach County and Broward County.

  • Inspire mentor and manage teams delivering exceptional results.

  • Keep projects on track on time on budget and to the highest standards.

  • Spot new opportunities craft compelling proposals and present to win.

  • Partner with our talent team to bring in and develop top talent.

  • Champion safety quality and professional growth across your teams.

  • Stay connected to the industry through active professional society membership.

What You Bring

  • Bachelors degree in engineering or a related field.

  • P.E. license CCM or AIA certification.

  • 20 years of PMCM experience including work with local state and federal agencies.

  • Experience leading multidisciplinary teams on complex infrastructure projects.

  • A client-first mindset and a passion for creating better solutions.

  • Commitment to ethical sustainable and inclusive practices.

  • Familiarity with PMPs and PMGs (preferred).
