Salary: Base pay is 12.39 per hour plus an additional 1 per hour for working weekends. On successful completion of a 6 month probationary period there is then the potential to earn a performance related bonus of up to 20%.
Shifts:
Shift 3:Sunday 10am - 6pm MondayTuesday & Thursday 11am - 7pm & Wednesday 11am - 6.45pm
Location:
Onsite based at our brand new contact centre - Radar Road Leicester LE3 1UF with the opportunity to apply to work from home in line with our working from policy after a minimum of 6-9 months service (eligibility criteria applies).
Training: 29th September - 10th October 2025 (full commitment to training is required)

About the Role:
In this fast-paced dynamic role youll use yourstrong communication skills to engage with our English-speaking customers outside of the UK through calls emails and chat. Youll tailor each interaction to ensure apositive experience efficiently resolving queries on the first contact. Every day will bring new challenges and youll beempowered to think on your feet to provide the best solutions.
