We are looking for a German-speaking Sales Executive to join a fast-scaling tech team in Gothenburg Sweden!

This role offers a unique opportunity to shape a new market from scratch working across the full sales cycle while contributing to the growth of a high-potential team. You will play a key part in the companys expansion into the German-speaking market collaborating directly with leadership and gaining ownership from day one.

What will you do

  • Identify prospect and qualify new customers in the German-speaking market
  • Book lead and run engaging product demos and sales calls
  • Convert leads into active customers and ensure a seamless onboarding experience
  • Build lasting customer relationships and provide high-touch support
  • Own and exceed individual sales KPIs
  • Collaborate with the sales and product teams to provide feedback and shape team growth
  • Represent the company at industry events and in direct customer interactions

Candidate profile

  • Energetic driven and passionate about connecting with people
  • Structured and proactive with excellent multitasking abilities
  • Resilient and motivated by turning objections into opportunities
  • Prior sales experience ideally in a fast-paced or tech-driven environment
  • Comfortable working independently and contributing to a collaborative team culture
  • Native-level German and fluent English communication skills
  • Based in Gothenburg or willing to relocate
  • Bonus: Background in logistics or SaaS/Tech or experience in startups
