Job Summary
Are you looking to kick-start a career in the mechanical logistics or parts industry Do you have an interest in technical components and customer service Liebherrs Maritime Cargo & Construction Division is offering an exciting traineeship opportunity within our division for a motivated individual to join the Parts team as a Trainee Parts Interpreter.
As a Trainee Parts Interpreter youll be trained and supported by experienced team members across all facets of our parts and warehousing operations. This is your chance to gain valuable hands-on experience and nationally recognised training while being part of a globally respected organisation.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical and product information.
- Ensure customers order and receive correct parts.
- Assist in providing product and technical parts information to internal and external customers.
- Monitor the effectiveness of parts processes including stock control and inventory.
- Picking and packing orders during peak times
- Stock takes and cycle count.
About You
- Mechanical aptitude with previous experience in similar role is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Analytical skills and attention to detail
- Willingness to learn ERP POS and Microsoft Office systems.
- Forklift License desirable.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
