Job Description

Allen Turner Automotive is seeking a results-driven and experienced Service Manager to lead our high-performing service team at Allen Turner Hyundai in Pensacola. JOB DUTIES

  • Lead manage and motivate a team of service technicians and customer service representatives.
  • Oversee the daily operations of the service department ensuring efficiency and quality standards are met.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Analyze service performance data and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations industry standards and company policies.
  • Manage inventory equipment and supplies to ensure the departments smooth operation.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with customers addressing inquiries and resolving service-related issues.
  • Prepare and manage department budgets ensuring profitability and cost control.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives fostering a culture of excellence and accountability within the team.
  • Flexibility to handle additional responsibilities as needed to support the business and adapt to evolving needs.

Job Qualifications:

  • 5 years Automotive Service management experience
  • Proven ability to lead and develop teams with a focus on service excellence and operational efficiency.
  • Strong problem-solving analytical and decision-making skills.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to manage budgets and financial reports effectively.
  • Familiarity with service software systems and tools.
  • Valid drivers license and reliable transportation.
  • Willing to submit to pre-employment drug screen and background check
