Our engineers design develop and integrate solutions that impact global industries from fully operational systems and subsystems for naval warfare and maritime security operations to air traffic management systems satellite-based solutions tactical indoor simulations identity and biometric technologies and more.
Context
We are looking for a Business Analyst with good autonomy and technical skills able to understand the model business process. The project is a pseudo-SAFe project with agile practices. The existing teams are already multi-site. French is essential.
We have TechLeads a team of developers BA and support for management and Scrum Master with the CDP remaining on the client side. We operate as an integrated team. The TSN team on this project currently consists of nine people.
Development is being carried out on RedHat or Ubuntu Artemis VMs with some work to be carried out on remote client VMs.
Activities
- Lead scoping workshops model business processes and objects and formalize evolution scenarios.
- Participate in costing and impact studies for application architecture and solution design.
- Qualify user and business needs and translate them into functionalities.
- Write detailed functional specifications.
- Feed the backlog on Redmine.
- Support testers to ensure smooth testing.
- Diagnose malfunctions through Level 3 maintenance support.
- Participate in the development and implementation of testing strategies.
- Ensure the quality of developments in coordination with the technical manager and validation teams and accept or reject product deliverables in the Service Center.
- Provide consulting and functional support for developments and all downstream phases of the project.
- Write summary presentation and training materials.

- Knowledge of SQL queries and APIs.
