- Conduct Market Fit/Gap analyses to evaluate ERP solutions (focus on IFS).
- Define and document technical requirements and create/manage database objects.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive test catalog for quality assurance.
- Collaborate closely with IT teams to ensure technical implementation and system integration.
- Drive the implementation of ERP systems and ensure successful technical transformation.
Additional tasks:

- Optimization of warehousing processes.
- Contract negotiations and design of logistics agreements.
- Identification and execution of logistics optimization initiatives to improve efficiency.

- Strong knowledge of IFS ERP and related technologies.
- Analytical skills for process optimization and technical execution.
- Proven experience working with cross-functional teams.
- At least basic knowledge of the IFS Maintenance solution.
- Proficient in English and Polish.
