Just outside Malm lies a leading paint company with a focus on innovation and sustainability. A site that is one of the Nordic regions largest facilities for the development manufacturing marketing and sales of paint for indoor and outdoor environments for consumers customers and industry. The operations mainly consist of two companies. Akzo Nobel Industrial Coatings which is a leader in the sales and manufacturing of paint and coatings for industrial surface treatment of wood products such as windows doors floors and furniture. Some of the customers include IKEA Montana Inwido and Tarkett. The other company Akzo Nobel Decorative Coatings develops manufactures distributes and sells paint varnish filler and wood protection products to professional painters and consumers. The portfolio includes the well-known brands Nordsj Sadolin and Cuprinol. At the site 560 proud employees work to meet our customers needs for high-quality products and services.

What will you work with
As a Maintenance Planner you will have a central role in ensuring that our maintenance work is efficient safe and sustainable in the long term. You will among other things:
Plan and follow up preventive maintenance in accordance with equipment requirements and regulatory requirements and ensure that work orders are completed and documented correctly.
Coordinate maintenance efforts with production and external resources including material orders and communication with contractors.
Develop and improve work descriptions task lists and maintenance schedules in SAP and participate in improvement work and analysis of operational disturbances.
Ensure that all maintenance meets safety environmental and legal requirements including ATEX and chemical handling.
Contribute to clear communication within the team and actively participate in meetings and governance processes.
The position is a permanent full-time employment with immediate start. You will report to the Maintenance Coordinator.
Who are you
We are looking for someone with a technical interest and a structured way of working. You collaborate easily but also thrive in taking responsibility and driving the work forward. To succeed in the role we believe that you have:
Technical education in mechanics electrical/automation or equivalent experience from the process industry.
Experience of planning preferably in a similar role. Experience with SAP is an advantage.
A solution-oriented mindset strong communication skills and attention to detail.
The ability to work systematically and contribute to improvements in both working methods and processes.
