Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Senior Test Lead with strong expertise in performance testing using JMeter and LoadRunner. The role involves planning executing and analyzing performance tests to ensure application scalability reliability and responsiveness. The candidate will lead testing initiatives mentor junior testers and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality high-performance software solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end performance testing efforts for enterprise applications.
- Design develop and maintain performance test scripts and scenarios using JMeter and LoadRunner.
- Plan and execute load stress and endurance testing to identify bottlenecks.
- Analyze test results prepare detailed performance reports and recommend optimization strategies.
- Collaborate with development QA and infrastructure teams to ensure performance goals are met.
- Provide leadership mentoring and technical guidance to performance testing team members.
- Stay current on emerging performance testing tools techniques and best practices.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 6 years in performance testing with hands-on expertise in JMeter and LoadRunner.
- Strong understanding of performance testing methodologies and metrics (response time throughput concurrency scalability).
- Proficiency in performance monitoring analysis and tuning techniques.
- Ability to identify and resolve performance bottlenecks across application database and network layers.
- Excellent problem-solving communication and team collaboration skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Relevant certifications in JMeter or LoadRunner.
- Experience with application monitoring tools (e.g. Dynatrace AppDynamics New Relic).
