Job Description
We are seeking a Technical Lead with strong expertise in Informatica MDM Oracle PL/SQL SQL and Python. The ideal candidate will lead end-to-end data management projects ensure high-quality delivery mentor team members and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development lifecycle of data integration solutions using Informatica MDM and SQL.
- Design and optimize Oracle PL/SQL databases for scalability and performance.
- Develop Python scripts for automation and data processing.
- Collaborate with business and technical teams to gather and translate requirements.
- Proactively identify project risks and define mitigation strategies.
- Mentor developers and provide technical guidance across projects.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies and promote best practices.
Must-Have Skills:
- Strong hands-on experience with Informatica MDM.
- Advanced knowledge of SQL and Oracle PL/SQL.
- Proficiency in Python scripting.
- Proven leadership experience in project delivery and stakeholder management.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to manage multiple initiatives and meet deadlines.
