Top Skills: 6-7 years experience:
1) Oracle (12c )--upgrades migration etc.
2) Security Minded--person should be versed in industry standards with security
3) Understanding of how to build systems from the ground up
4) RAC and Data Guard - (At least 6 mo of RAC experience--navigate it patching upgrades and restores)
