Job Description

RN- Neuro Medical Telemetry (Permanent Role)

Location: Tallahassee FL 32301
Shift: 12-hr Nights 07:00 PM - 07:00 AM
Guaranteed Hours: (36 hours/week)
Compensation: (Negotiable based on experience)

What You Will Do in This Role:
  • Collect comprehensive data relevant to patients health and conditions
  • Analyze assessment data to determine diagnoses or care issues
  • Identify and implement individualized patient care outcomes
  • Educate patients and families about procedures medications and treatments
  • Act as a patient advocate and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team
  • Promote patient safety and ensure efficient use of time supplies and equipment
  • Support patients and families throughout their hospital stay
Requirements:
  • Experience: Minimum 1 year of acute care RN experience Required
  • Certifications:
    • Current BLS (required)
    • Current ACLS (preferred required within 6 months of hire)
  • Education:
    • BSN preferred
Licensure:
  • If the candidate has 3 years of RN experience and holds a compact RN license:
    • Candidate must still apply for and obtain a Florida RN license
  • If the candidate has < 3 years of RN experience and does not have a FL license:
    • Candidate must take and pass the NCLEX in Florida before consideration
