Job Description
Location: Tallahassee FL 32301
Shift: 12-hr Nights 07:00 PM - 07:00 AM
Guaranteed Hours: (36 hours/week)
Compensation: (Negotiable based on experience)
- Collect comprehensive data relevant to patients health and conditions
- Analyze assessment data to determine diagnoses or care issues
- Identify and implement individualized patient care outcomes
- Educate patients and families about procedures medications and treatments
- Act as a patient advocate and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team
- Promote patient safety and ensure efficient use of time supplies and equipment
- Support patients and families throughout their hospital stay
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of acute care RN experience Required
- Certifications:
- Current BLS (required)
- Current ACLS (preferred required within 6 months of hire)
- Education:
- BSN preferred
- If the candidate has 3 years of RN experience and holds a compact RN license:
- Candidate must still apply for and obtain a Florida RN license
- If the candidate has < 3 years of RN experience and does not have a FL license:
- Candidate must take and pass the NCLEX in Florida before consideration
