Shift: Day 3x12-Hour (07:00 am 3:00 pm)
Job Type: Full-Time Contract
Contract Length: 13 weeks with possible extension

Job Summary:
We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our healthcare team in Eatontown MD. Under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) the CNA will assist patients with activities of daily living and ensure they receive safe respectful and high-quality care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist patients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) including bathing dressing grooming feeding and toileting.

• Measure and record vital signs (blood pressure temperature pulse and respiration).

• Observe and promptly report changes in patient condition to nursing staff.

• Provide mobility assistance including repositioning patients and ensuring safe movement.

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in patient rooms and common areas.

• Support nursing staff with clinical procedures and care activities as needed.

• Ensure patient comfort and respond quickly to call lights and requests.

• Accurately maintain patient records and documentation.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Current CNA certification in the state of Maryland.

• BLS certification (required).

• Minimum 1 year of CNA experience.

• Strong interpersonal communication and teamwork skills.

• Commitment to providing compassionate patient-centered care.
