Job Description:
Responsibilities:
GENERAL SUMMARY:
- In this role you will have the opportunity to showcase your skills in Adobe InDesign Illustrator and Photoshop to create stunning visual materials that represent one of the top global business schools in the world.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- The Assistant Director of Graphic Design contributes to the marketing efforts of Booth by efficiently and thoroughly producing a variety of design deliverables including but not limited to:
- A variety of printed materials including brochures one-sheeters and pamphlets Archiving locating resizing and manipulating a variety of photographic assets Cutting-edge presentation graphics Compelling email and digital graphics Artwork for high-quality branded merchandise Design and coordinate the production of signage for events and other signage needs
- Graphic Designer will excel at working closely with our internal teams to manage deadlines and produce stellar work in a friendly fast-paced collaborative environment
- Position is hybrid: in-person three days per week and remote two days per week. Must be flexible about in-office days.
- Understand the importance of maintaining a consistent brand and adhering to brand standards
MEASURES OF SUCCESS:
- Ability to manage a variety of design and graphics-related production tasks with ease
- Staying on top of deadlines
- Maintaining a high level of quality work while keeping the Booth brand as a primary focus
- Excels at digital archiving and file management
Qualifications:
KNOWLEDGE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
- Design-related Bachelors degree is preferred or equivalent work experience
- Online portfolio demonstrating proficiency in graphic design required
- Complete familiarity with Apple Macintosh environment required
- Deep knowledge of and fluency with the Adobe Creative Suite required
- Knowledge of interactive and mobile user experience design and HTML5 is helpful but not mandatory
- Outstanding attention to detail ability to juggle multiple projects in deadline-oriented environment and excellent organizational skills required
- Excels at understanding design direction and making edits when necessary
- Ability to work successfully with a wide variety of people and thrive in a collaborative environment
- Ability to effectively review and proofread marketing deliverables a bonus
