Job Description
This is a remote position.
- Oversee the entire project lifecycle ensuring on-time on-budget delivery within scope and quality standards.
- Create / manage detailed project plans tracking deliverables budget and dependencies while actively mitigating risks.
- Monitor KPIs and OKRs.
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients internal teams and leadership ensuring clear alignment.
- Facilitate transparent communication and proactive status reporting to all stakeholders.
- Champion Agile best practices and continuously improve delivery processes tools and frameworks.
- Develop and maintain tools templates and frameworks to boost project delivery efficiency and quality.
- Experienced client-facing Project Manager (10 years FinTech/enterprise software) with strong technical literacy in software engineering cloud and data systems.
- Essential PMI/PMP advantageous Agile/Scrum.
- Proven success in critical project and relationship management known for strategic decision-making and creative solutions in fast-paced environments.
- Skilled in leading planning sessions for stakeholder alignment and identifying trends/risks via metrics feedback and financials.
- Calm approachable authentic managing pressure with clear communication.
- Familiar with SOC and ISO compliance.
