Job Description
HVAC Controls Sales/Estimating/Project Management job in Orange County CA
This is a permanent full-time position with comprehensive salary and benefits package. We are a large growing mechanical construction company that works on many of CAs biggest and best projects throughout the state. We are seeking a top-notch HVAC Controls Sales/Estimating/Project Manager to join our team!
Responsibilities:
- Call and follow up with building owners and general contractors to develop or grow our business development on upcoming Controls projects
- Build accurate winning and profitable quotes for upcoming projects
- Create value engineering ideas and strategies to stand out from competition
Requirements:
- Knowledge in the following areas: HVAC Electrical Piping Hydronic systems and pumps Boiler systems and Controls
- EPA Equipment & Mechanical Certifications
- Strong technical and estimating background
- Prior field and/or engineering knowledge and experience preferred
