Job Description
Plumbing Project Manager position in the Orange County CA.
This is a permanent full-time job offering a great salary and benefits package.
Responsibilities:
- Manage large pre-existing Commercial Plumbing Projects.
- Meet with Owners GCs subcontractors and vendors.
- Submit change-orders and RFIs.
- Track construction schedules and budget.
- Ensure project is completed safely on-time and under budget.
Requirements:
- Local.
- Bachelors in Construction or similar preferred.
- Familiar with Title 24 and OSHPD requirements.
- 5 years of experience as aProject Manager for large commercialplumbingConstruction company.
- Prior experience working with MS Excel BlueBeam MS Project Quickpen and/or Estimating software preferred.
