Job Description
We are a large growing mechanical construction company in Tennessee that works on many of Tennessees biggest and best hvac/plumbing projects. This is a full-time position with great benefits. We are looking to hire the best and brightest Senior Project Managers to grow with our company.
Responsibilities:
- Meet and coordinate with Owners General Contractors and Sub contractors. As well as communicating with Foreman Journeyman QA and helpers in the field.
- Coordinate and get pricing of materials from vendors to ensure execution supports compliance with established criteria with established and specifications on projects.
- Managing and maintaining project budget schedule negotiating change orders and submitting change orders and RFIs for current and upcoming projects to enhance effectiveness of the projects.
Requirements:
- Local
- Stable work history.
- Bachelors degree in Construction or Mechanical Engineering and/or prior field experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge in: State HVAC and Plumbing Codes BlueBeam Quickpen/Accubid MS Project preferred.
- 7 years prior project management experience working on large HVAC/Plumbing projects for Mechanical/Plumbing projects for a mechanical contractor.
