- Manage cross-functional projects involving Digital Technology Order to Cash Supply Chain Logistics and Finance teams
- Collaborate with business stakeholders technology teams customers and third-party vendors to deliver quality project outcomes
- Oversee business application build and delivery ensuring effective handover to Support teams
- Maintain in-depth understanding of relevant business areas to develop accurate functional requirements
- Apply technical and functional expertise to guide teams in designing solutions aligned with technical architecture and performance needs
- Analyze business and system impacts to plan and execute project delivery of fully tested solutions
- Coordinate internal and external (third-party) resources throughout development implementation and support phases
- Lead teams during build and implementation including software configuration and vendor management
- Ensure solutions are properly tested and documented meeting all functional and technical requirements
- Manage third-party vendors to ensure SLA adherence and recommend process improvements
- Utilize Project Portfolio Management (PPM) tools to plan resources milestones risks and financials
- Engage with senior business leaders to ensure successful project deployment and benefit realization
- Create and manage project plans document repositories risk registers and other project management deliverables
- Apply strong communication stakeholder management and change management skills
- Leverage knowledge of SaaS platforms order management systems supply chain and logistics integrations (EDI API) and Agile methodology
- Experience with continuous integration/delivery and logging defects/tickets in systems like JIRA is advantageous
- Background in CPG pet food/health industry product management or solutions consulting is highly desirable
