EVENTS AND PARTNERSHIPS COORDINATOR

The (onsite) position of Events and Partnerships Coordinator helps drive and promote Life Networks fundraising events. This full-time in-office role manages event marketing sponsorships and donor-facing communications related to events. This position ensures events are financially successful well-promoted and aligned with ministry goals working closely with the Marketing Team on fundraising strategies.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Sponsorship & Fundraising Management

• Recruit maintain and steward corporate and event sponsors
• Prepare sponsor proposals agreements invoices and acknowledgments
• Maintain accurate sponsor records and ensure proper recognition before during and after events

Marketing & Promotion

• Coordinate event marketing efforts in collaboration with the Marketing Team
• Coordinate with the Marketing Team on event promotion including digital campaigns social media email and printed invitations
• Train staff volunteers and fundraisers in digital platforms (e.g. Fundeasy GiveSmart) used for event marketing and fundraising

Data & Reporting

• Oversee guest and fundraiser registration for events
• Maintain accurate event and sponsor data in the donor database

Event Operations Support

• Serve as the in-office contact for donors vendors volunteers and team members regarding events
• Assist the Events Manager and Events Assistant with planning and logistics for all fundraising event
• Assists with day-of logistics including setup tear-down and vendor management
• Participates in all major Life Network events

EXPERIENCE

• 1-3 years experience in marketing or fundraising is required

QUALIFICATIONS

• Strong advocate for sanctity of life issues
• Possesses Christian testimony with evidence of Christian maturity in personal and professional life
• Active commitment in a local church
• A passion for the ministry accomplished through Life Network and a heart for reaching the lost of our community/world with the gospel
• Demonstrates excellent interpersonal and communication skills both oral and written
• Confidence with telephone and in-person communication
• Comfortable soliciting resources by phone and in person for fundraising events
• Self-motivated and exhibits outstanding organizational and multi-tasking skills
• Able to balance multiple time-sensitive tasks
• Strong administrative and organizational skills; highly detail-oriented
• Analytical and enjoys working with numbers databases spreadsheets and financial reporting.
• Technical competency and aptitude for learning new digital platforms and software.
• Website design (e.g. Wordpress) experience a plus
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Willing to use personal vehicle that meets Colorado vehicle safety standards as well as maintain a valid CO drivers license car registration and car insurance to meet travel requirements of the job
• Able to occasionally lift 20-30 lbs. of presentation materials

CLASSIFICATION

Full-time for 40 hours per week. Pay range: $16.00 - $21.00 per hour. Scheduled hours are onsite between Monday through Friday. Reports to Events Manager.
