As a Product Delivery Manager in the Card Product Launch product team you will be responsible for overseeing and driving change within the Card organization to improve its performance efficiency and competitiveness.
Job responsibilities
- Lead and oversee process transformation initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
- Develop and implement strategic programs that align with the organizations goals and objectives.
- Engage and collaborate with key stakeholders to drive change and ensure successful program execution.
- Serve as a change agent fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
- Influence and build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Communicate effectively with executive leadership providing insights and updates on program progress and outcomes.
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with process transformation and program management.
- Drive the adoption of best practices and industry standards in process and program management
Required qualifications capabilities and skills
- 5 years of experience or equivalent expertise in product delivery or a relevant domain area
- Demonstrated ability to execute operational management and change readiness activities
- Strong understanding of delivery and a proven track record of implementing continuous improvement processes
- Experience in product or platform-wide release management in addition to deployment processes and strategies
Preferred qualifications capabilities and skills
- Proficient knowledge of the product development life cycle design and data analytics
- Certifications in business process management project management and process improvement
