Job Description
Job Title: Oracle DBA (8 Years Experience)
Location: ChennaiHyderabadBangalore
Shift: General Shift (with flexibility for rotational shifts if required)
Job Overview:
We are seeking a seasoned Oracle Database Administrator with over 8 years of hands-on experience including mandatory expertise in Oracle GoldenGate. The ideal candidate will play a key role in maintaining and optimizing our database infrastructure ensuring high availability performance and security of our Oracle environments.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage monitor and administer Oracle databases across production and non-production environments.

Set up configure and maintain Oracle GoldenGate for real-time data replication.

Perform database tuning backup & recovery patching and upgrades.

Ensure database availability performance and security in alignment with best practices.

Collaborate with development and infrastructure teams to support database-related activities.

Troubleshoot and resolve database issues in a timely manner.

Prepare and maintain documentation on database environments and procedures.

Be available to work in a general shift but remain flexible to support rotational shifts when required.
Required Skills & Experience:

8 years of proven experience as an Oracle DBA.

Strong hands-on experience with Oracle GoldenGate installation configuration and troubleshooting.

In-depth knowledge of Oracle database architecture performance tuning and backup strategies.

Experience in high-availability and disaster recovery solutions.

Proficiency in PL/SQL scripting and automation.

Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:

Oracle certifications (OCP OCA) are a plus.

Experience with cloud-based Oracle deployments (AWS Azure OCI) is an advantage.
