Job Description
We are currently recruiting for a Corporate Receptionist Host to join our team in the London offices of a Portico Client in the financial industry!
Working in a team of 8 the Corporate Reception Host will be the first point of contact for all queries. They will also work closely with the firms staff as well as other service partners to provide the best possible level of customer service to all.
Conveying an attitude where no request is to big and detail is too small the successful Corporate Reception Host will provide a friendly larger than life welcome whilst remaining security conscious. They will also know the difference between being discreet and going the extra mile to anticipate the needs of the guests.
Working Hours: 7:30 - 18:00
Salary: 31800 per annum
Qualifications :
We are looking for a warm and enthusiastic individual with a passion for service and attention to detail. They must be willing to go above and beyond to create exceptional experiences for our clients as well as possessing strong organisational communication skills and demonstrating a keen level of pro-activity with a range of tasks.
The ideal candidate must have a proven track record in delivering outstanding customer service.
