Job Description
3 months contract with local authority
We are seeking a dedicated Assistant Support Worker to join our team in the Social/NGO/Health & Care industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing care and support to individuals in need while ensuring their safety and well-being. As an Assistant Support Worker you will play a crucial role in assisting with daily activities offering emotional support and promoting independence for those under your care.
Responsibilities:
- Provide compassionate care and support to individuals in need
- Assist with daily activities such as meal preparation personal hygiene and medication management
- Offer emotional support and companionship to those under your care
- Help promote independence and autonomy for individuals with varying needs
- Safeguard the well-being and safety of the individuals at all times

Requirements
- Proven experience in providing care and support
