Location: Charlotte NC (On-site Must work from the office)
Working Hours: Monday to Friday
Salary Range: $51240 - $58790 per year
Description
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Public Relations Associate to join our growing team. This role is pivotal in shaping and maintaining the positive public image of our organization ensuring that our brand message is communicated clearly and effectively across various channels. The ideal candidate will play a key role in developing and implementing strategic PR campaigns that align with our overarching business goals.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development and execution of public relations strategies and campaigns.
- Draft and distribute press releases media alerts and other communication materials.
- Build and maintain relationships with journalists bloggers and other media representatives.
- Monitor media coverage and analyze the impact of PR efforts on brand perception.
- Coordinate and manage press events including press conferences and media interviews.
- Support the social media team in crafting posts that align with PR initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Public Relations Communications Marketing or a related field.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Proven experience in public relations communications or media relations.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing strategies.
- Ability to think critically and creatively in high-pressure situations.
