Reconcile DMV refunds and receipts after completion of processing. Maintain paperless title system to ensure all pending liens and errors are completed and correct. Obtain California Vehicle Record (CVR) reports for staff as requested. Order all DMV forms for departments and branches as needed. Track titles from other institutions on all refinanced loans to ensure proper lienholder. Return titles to Members when received in error from another financial institution.
Member/Team Member Support Provide exceptional service to all Members volunteers internal team members and service providers. Ensure confidentiality and safeguard sensitive Member information. Research and resolve Member and team member concerns as directed. Represent RCU in a courteous and professional manner at all times. Supply Members with accurate information regarding loan products and services. Supply branch staff with support to assist in resolution of DMV issues. Provide general assistance to management in completing tasks and projects. Compose and type letters memos e-mails and reports for staff as needed.
