We are seeking a Nurse Practitioner to join one of the nations most integrated healthcare systems with over 1300 providers in Indianapolis IN. This advanced practice provider will be focused on the well-being of Onsite employees and their beneficiaries at Hoosier School Benefit Trust South (6925 South Harding Indianapolis IN 46217).
Highlights
Community Health Network has an excellent opportunity for an experienced family medicine certified advanced practice provider to practice in an Employer Health Onsite primary care role. Minimum two years of experience as an advanced practice provider is required.
Flexibility to float to multiple onsite clinics and schools

Electronic Medical Record (EPIC)

Routine check-ups and preventive care
Diagnosis and treatment of illness or injury
