This role will play a crucial part in that change journey and contribute with its analytical and change management skills.
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Purchasing Analyst to support our procurement operations by providing data-driven insights optimizing sourcing strategies and enhancing supplier performance. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving cost efficiencies improving procurement processes and supporting strategic decision-making across the supply chain.
Key Responsibilities:
Analyze procurement data to identify trends cost-saving opportunities and supplier performance metrics.
Develop and maintain procurement dashboards reports and KPIs to support strategic sourcing decisions.
Collaborate with category managers and buyers to support sourcing initiatives and supplier negotiations.
Conduct market research and benchmarking to evaluate supplier capabilities and industry trends.
Monitor contract compliance and support risk management efforts across the supplier base.
Assist in the development and implementation of procurement policies procedures and tools.
Support digital procurement initiatives including e-sourcing and procurement automation tools.
Work cross-functionally with finance operations and legal teams to ensure alignment on procurement goals.
Qualifications :
Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management Business Economics or a related field.
2 years of experience in procurement supply chain or data analysis roles.
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel Power BI or similar data visualization tools.
Experience with ERP systems (e.g. SAP Oracle Coupa) is a plus.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills:
Knowledge of procurement best practices and strategic sourcing methodologies.
Familiarity with sustainability and ESG considerations in procurement.
Experience with contract management and supplier relationship management tools.

Additional Information :
You will be based at NCC:s head courter in Solna Stockholm. Frequent travel is required. However we do apply a flexible way of working and strive to collaborate digitally as much as accordance with NCC:s safety culture we conduct background checks on final candidates.
