Job Description
Facility management responsibilities:
Youll coordinate with the contractor for ongoing maintenance to ensure operational and technical functionality of the business premises (including electrical installations video surveillance alarm systems air-conditioning heating and parking) and do supervision of contractor work.
Youll plan the optimal use of workspace and resources and reorganization for the purpose of optimal space utilization and cost management.
Youll coordinate of business premises hygiene maintenance.
Youll coordinate the vehicle fleet.
Facility management-security services responsibilities:
Youll develop and update risk assessment documents.
Youll manage video surveillance and access control management for the purposes of investigations and also do identification and assessment of security risks at the site.
Youll do operational implementation of security tasks derived from the site security framework and management of all technical security measures.
Youll provide travel security support for colleagues visiting the site and create city security guidelines for high-risk countries.
Qualifications :
Who you are
You have proven expertise in project management
You have Bachelors degree of Technical faculty or similar.
You have minimum 5 years of professional experience in facility management.
You are fluent English in speaking and written.
You have worked with MS Office.
You have excellent organization and communication skills.
You have knowledge from security topics and risk assessment (this will be considered as beneficial).
