Job Summary:
The Lakhani Group Capital SGOIC is seeking a highly skilled Senior Financial and Capital Markets Analyst to join our Finance team. This role will focus on managing the strategy of two SICs portfolios alongside various venture capital funds. The ideal candidate will possess strong valuation skills in-depth knowledge of capital markets and proficiency in advanced financial tools to support our investment decisions and drive portfolio growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and oversee the strategic direction of two SICs portfolios and multiple venture capital funds.
Communication with CMVM regarding.
Conduct in-depth financial analysis and valuations to assess investment opportunities.
Provide market insights and recommendations based on capital market trends.
Collaborate with senior management and stakeholders to align investment strategies with company objectives.
Monitor economic indicators market developments and risk factors affecting portfolios.
Prepare comprehensive performance reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with regulatory frameworks and industry best practices.
Requirements
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Strong valuation expertise across multiple asset classes.
Deep knowledge of capital markets financial instruments and market dynamics.
Experience managing SICs portfolios and venture capital funds.
Proficient in financial modelling appraisal and market research.
Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel JIRA and knowledge of Reuters terminal.
Minimum 4-5 years of experience in financial services investment management or related fields.
Excellent analytical communication and strategic thinking skills.
