Job Title: Customer Care Support Staff
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Customer Care Support Staff to join our client a leading Australian provider of high-quality before after and holiday care programs for this role you will be responsible for reviewing customer-submitted documents sending timely and accurate responses using approved templates and working closely with the broader Customer Care team to ensure exceptional service delivery.
This position requires excellent attention to detail strong written communication skills and a commitment to maintaining a positive customer experience in every interaction.
Document Review:
Assess and verify customer-submitted documents for accuracy completeness and compliance with company requirements.
Flag and report discrepancies or missing information to the appropriate team members.
Customer Communication:
Respond to customer inquiries using approved canned responses while maintaining a friendly and professional tone.
Ensure responses are accurate timely and aligned with company guidelines.
Team Collaboration:
Work closely with the Customer Care team to escalate complex issues provide updates and coordinate resolutions.
Participate in regular team meetings and provide input for process improvements.
Record Keeping:
Maintain accurate and updated records of all customer interactions and document processing activities.
Required:
At least 1 year of experience in a customer support administrative or document processing role.
Strong English written communication skills with a professional and empathetic tone.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to follow set processes and maintain consistency in work output.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace tools.
Preferred:
Experience working in a customer service team for an Australian or international company.
Familiarity with CRM systems and ticketing tools.
Strong time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
Positive and proactive work attitude.
Collaborative mindset and willingness to work as part of a team.
Adaptability to changing processes and customer needs.
Full-time 40 hours per week Monday to Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm with one hour unpaid break.
Must be available to work during Australian business hours.
