Job Overview
We are seeking a talented and versatile Graphic Designer with proven experience in both print and digital marketing agency environments. The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for detail a passion for creative storytelling and the ability to transform concepts into visually engaging designs that align with Bernardi s brand identity. This role will involve collaborating with the marketing team to create high-impact designs for campaigns advertising in-store signage social media and more.
Key Responsibilities
- Create visually compelling designs for both print (brochures flyers posters in-store materials) and digital (social media ads email marketing graphics website banners online campaigns).
- Ensure all creative materials adhere to brand guidelines and convey a consistent visual identity.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop design concepts for seasonal promotions product launches and special events.
- Prepare artwork for both digital upload and high-quality printing ensuring accuracy and compliance with specifications.
- Adapt and resize creative assets for various platforms and formats.
- Repurpose designs for multiple marketing channels while maintaining design integrity.
- Work closely with internal teams photographers copywriters and external vendors.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously meeting tight deadlines without compromising quality.
- Stay updated on current design trends technologies and industry best practices to keep creative output fresh and relevant.
Requirements
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of professional graphic design experience in both print and digital marketing agency environments.
- Proficiency in Canva and Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator Photoshop InDesign After Effects is a plus).
- Strong understanding of design principles typography and color theory.
- Knowledge of print production processes and preparing press-ready files.
- Familiarity with digital marketing asset creation for social media email and web.
- Exceptional attention to detail and creativity.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to take constructive feedback and adapt designs accordingly.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Education: Bachelor s degree or diploma in Graphic Design Visual Communication or related field preferred (or equivalent professional experience).
