Schedule: Monday to Friday flexible between 9:00 AM 5:00 PM Sydney Australia (AEST)
Paid hours per week: 20 Hours
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement SEO strategies to boost search rankings and organic traffic.
- Create and manage content across social media platforms to increase brand visibility.
- Design and execute email marketing campaigns to engage and nurture leads
- Produce AI-generated videos to enhance digital content and storytelling.
- Manage various integrated marketing tasks as part of a cohesive digital strategy.
- Report performance metrics insights and recommendations directly to the business owner.
- Build marketing systems and processes as the companys first in-house marketer.
Requirements
- In-depth knowledge of SEO covering both on-page and technical elements.
- Strong ability in keyword research.
- Proficient in copywriting and content marketing strategies.
- Understanding of HTML and CSS for basic SEO improvements.
- Web development skills including HTML CSS JavaScript and PHP.
- Familiarity with tools such as Google Search Console and PageSpeed Insights.
- Experience in implementing schema markup.
- Skilled in content writing and SEO-oriented copywriting.
- Background in blogging and research activities.
- Experience managing WordPress or other content management systems (CMS).
- Digital public relations and outreach expertise.
- Knowledge of link-building strategies.
- Proficient in social media marketing techniques.
- Management skills for Google My Business.
- Strong understanding of local SEO practices.
- Strategies for enhancing customer engagement.
- Awareness of UX/UI design principles.
- Experience with web analytics tools including Google Analytics and Hotjar.
- Skills in optimizing conversion rates.
